Goodbooks was an English indie rock band originating from Sevenoaks in Kent. They first received media attention upon releasing their self-published EP Valves and Robots in June 2005. The band gained popularity thanks to the single *The Way You Make Me Feel*, which was featured in the soundtrack of the film *This Is England*. Their debut album, *The Good Book*, was released in 2007 and received positive reviews from critics. Goodbooks disbanded in 2010.
