Weighed down

A silent melody, how could I know?
A silent lullaby, to your soul
Caught in a slow decline
Under the (?)
When you don't know the way at all

And now they sing into your head
And they sing into your mind and head
And now that isn't all how it ends
We will never be the same
Before you needed every touch
Before you needed everyone to sing
Living through a lover's eyes
And she's (?) on her time
Living in another lifeless place

And now you're weighed down
Weighed down
Weighed down
Weighed down
Weighed down
Didn't mean another life to you
When you're weighed down
Weighed down

Siren on your winter's day
Driven mad, you played your part
Now here goes the melody
How (?) it is

Because they sing into your mind in here
And say that isn't all how it ends
Did it really have to be this way?
Did you need another touch?
In the shadow of the slow decay
Living through a lover's eyes
Is there any higher price?
Living in another lifeless place

And now you're weighed down
Weighed down
Weighed down
Weighed down
Weighed down
Didn't mean another life to you
When you're weighed down
Weighed down

The weight, the weight
The darkness on your shoulders
The weight, the weight
The darkness in the smoke
The weight, the weight
The darkness on your shoulders
The weight, the weight
The darkness in the smoke
Don't let love bring you down
Don't let love bring you down
Don't let love bring you down
Don't let love bring you down, down

Thank you because you correct this lyrics

Biografia

The Horrors are a British rock band formed in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. The group consists of Faris Badwan (vocals), Joshua Von Grimm (guitar), Spider Webb (organ), Tomethy Furse (bass) and Coffin Joe (drums). They debuted in 2005 with the EP "The Horrors". Their sound, difficult to categorize into a single genre, is often described as garage punk with noise rock influences. The Horrors draw inspiration from classic garage rock, particularly the Fuzztones, but also share affinities with punk bands like the Misfits and the Ramones (as evidenced by their single "Sheena Is a Parasite", an homage to "Sheena Is a Punk Rocker"). Among their most important albums are "Primary Colours" (2009) and "Skying" (2011), both critically acclaimed. The band has continued to release music in subsequent years, exploring new musical territories and solidifying their position as one of the most innovative bands in the British indie scene.
