Lyrics You sleep alone Hellogoodbye

You sleep alone

Oh dear, love's such a chore
Something you've got but you never show
It's like some deed left undone
Or a reap you'll never sow

It's like you'll never get it done
It's like you'll never get it done
It's like you'll never get it done

Where's your heart? where's your head?
Girl, your body's in my bed
I know it's hard to forget, every word we've said

But it's like you'll never let it go
It's like you'll never let it go
It's you'll never let it go

Oh, I know it's hard
Oh, but lover, I don't know just where you are
I've been trying to find ways to find your lover's heart
End up with your cold shoulder, uh oh
Oh I am not crumbling
Though I thought that I might from what it's done to me
It might never be the way we thought it ought to be
Lovers never sleep alone, uh oh

Oh my god, what a mess
Oo it is, I must confess
Every word I say to you
Swept from the floor underneath the rug

Oh it's like we'll never clean it up
it's like we'll never clean it up!
It's like we'll, never..clean it up!

And you sleep alone
And you sleep alone
And you sleep alone
'Cause you sleep alone!

Biografia

Hellogoodbye is an American musical group formed in 2001 by Forrest Kline, who initially recorded synth-based power pop music in his bedroom. He was later joined by Jesse Kurvink. Their music found its way onto a fan-assembled EP titled *The Parachute*. Thanks to the support of their online fanbase, they began touring without having released a studio album. For the tours, Aaron Flora joined on drums and Marcus Cole on bass. The group gained some popularity in the 2000s thanks to their catchy sound and melodies. Some of their most notable songs include *Here (In Your Arms)*, *Milk And Honey*, *The World Is A Beautiful Place*.
