Zero, where you been?
I been wrapped up in red roses
Dripping virtue from my lips
Zero, where you been?
Are you breathin' through the sutures
Count my likes and skip my sins
Hello, from the fence
I been driving 'round in circles, I just end where I begin
Zero, is it bliss?
Got no signal, got no service, but you're still under my skin
I day dream of disappearing, close my eyes and drive the coast
Up the curve of California, I don't stop until I'm lost
Some days I believe, I believe in something
Some days I believe, I believe in nothing
You could say I won the lotto, that shit makes you fucking hollow
So I'm back at zero
Zero, where you been?
I been tracing back my footsteps
I forgot how good it felt to be a floating piece of ash between the future and my past
Zero, are you here?
Something sacred in this wasteland
Whisper in the atmosphere
I day dream of disappearing, close my eyes and drive the coast
Up the curve of California, I don't stop until I'm lost
Some days I believe, I believe in something
Some days I believe, I believe in nothing
You could say I won the lotto, that shit makes you fucking hollow
So I'm back at zero
Krewella is an American electro dance music duo from Northbrook, Illinois. Formed in 2007, the group originally consisted of sisters Jahan and Yasmine Yousaf and producer Kris Trindl. In 2014, Trindl left the group, leaving the two sisters as the sole current formation. Krewella's musical style is a fusion of dance rock, dance pop, and various electronic subgenres such as electro progressive house, drum and bass, dubstep, trap, and future bass. The name of the group derives from a misspelling of the word "cruel" by Jahan when the two sisters began composing music together. Among Krewella's most representative songs are "Alive", "Enjoy the Ride", "Come and Get It" and "We Go Down".
