Gigi Sabani (Luigi Sabani), nato a Roma il 19 marzo 1938, è stato un celebre imitatore, conduttore televisivo e cantante italiano. Iniziò la sua carriera negli anni '60 come cabarettista, esibendosi in locali romani con le sue imitazioni di personaggi famosi del mondo dello spettacolo. La sua popolarità crebbe rapidamente grazie alla partecipazione a programmi televisivi di successo come "Canzonissima" e "Il Musichiere". Sabani si distinse per la sua capacità di impersonare voci e modi di fare diversi, dalla comicità al dramma, conquistando il pubblico con la sua energia contagiosa. Oltre all'imitazione, Gigi Sabani ha anche cantato diverse canzoni, alcune delle quali diventate successi come "Il mio amore è un re". Nel corso della sua carriera ha collaborato con artisti di spicco come Mina e Raffaella Carrà. La sua presenza televisiva è stata costante fino agli anni '80, quando si dedicò principalmente alla conduzione di programmi radiofonici. Gigi Sabani è scomparso il 21 marzo 2019 a Roma.
