IRHA, all'anagrafe Francesca Rapagnetta, è una cantautrice e musicista italiana nata ad Atri nel 2002. Sin da piccola si appassiona alla musica americana, trovando ispirazione in artiste come Katy Perry e Alanis Morissette. A 11 anni, dopo aver assistito a un concerto di Katy Perry, inizia a suonare la chitarra autodidatticamente. La passione per il canto arriva inaspettatamente, come un bisogno innato. Inizia a cantare nella sua cameretta, accompagnandosi con lo strumento e immaginando di esibirsi su grandi palcoscenici. Nel 2015 si avvicina al mondo della produzione musicale, scrivendo e registrando i suoi primi brani inediti e cover. Contemporaneamente, collabora con diverse band come chitarrista e corista, accumulando esperienza sul palco davanti a un pubblico reale. All'inizio del 2020 sente il bisogno di intraprendere un percorso da solista. Ad ottobre 2021 entra nel roster di Incisi Records, avviando la sua carriera professionale. Tra i suoi brani più rappresentativi figurano "La mia vita", "Senza te" e "Io non sono qui".
