I Killerpilze sono un gruppo musicale punk rock tedesco formatosi nell'ottobre del 2002 a Berlino. La formazione originale comprendeva il cantante e chitarrista Florian Richter, il bassista Andreas Schglagheck, il batterista Daniel Schmidt e il tastierista Philipp Klöckner. Nel marzo 2007, Schglagheck ha lasciato la band per motivi scolastici, lasciando i Killerpilze in trio. Dopo aver iniziato a suonare in locali di Berlino, hanno firmato un contratto con l'etichetta Universal Music e hanno raggiunto il successo nazionale in Germania nel 2008 con il loro album di debutto "Killerpilze". Il loro sound è caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili, testi ironici e una forte energia punk. Tra i brani più famosi ci sono "Schwarz-Weiß", "Die Liebe ist ein Virus" e "Ich bin der Beste".
