Elena Cretella, in arte MALJE, è una cantautrice e compositrice italiana con una formazione musicale eclettica. Cresciuta in una famiglia appassionata di musica, ha dedicato la sua vita allo studio della voce, esplorando diverse tecniche vocali come le voci di risonanza, le quadriplonie e le tradizioni sciamaniche Tuvan. La sua carriera artistica è caratterizzata da un'ampia gamma di collaborazioni, spaziando dal jazz al teatro. Ha musicato opere teatrali di autori celebri come Shakespeare, Pirandello ed Euripide, e ha condiviso il palco con importanti jazzisti internazionali come Red Halloway, Shawn Monteiro e Bobby Durham. Oltre alla sua attività musicale, MALJE è una produttrice teatrale e musicale, insegnando l'uso della voce a cantanti, attori e personaggi televisivi. Recentemente si è dedicata al genere industrial collaborando con il gruppo La Furnasetta, pubblicando tre compilation, due delle quali per l'etichetta inglese Industrial Coast. Nel 2020 ha debuttato come cantante con il singolo "The Game", seguito dall'album "Jewels" nel 2021. Tra i suoi brani più rappresentativi figurano "Escamotage", "Share Love" e "The Game".
