Sara Dell'Olio (born Lugano, 2005), known professionally as Sara, is an Italian singer-songwriter. Growing up in the province of Varese, she was exposed to a diverse range of musical influences, both Italian and international. She began singing at a young age in her church choir. After leaving rhythmic gymnastics to pursue music, she honed her skills in modern singing, music theory, and piano. Sara has participated in numerous talent shows, placing as a finalist in Fuoriclasse Talent for two consecutive years. Among her notable achievements are performances at the San Marino Music Festival Gala, a leading role among the finalists of the Fantastico Festival, and participation in the Sanremo Trend Festival with a performance on the prestigious Ariston stage in 2022. In 2021, she embarked on a career as a singer-songwriter, collaborating with Gianni Errera and One Publishing E Music. Her musical influences span from Italian icons like Vasco Rossi, Laura Pausini, Emma Marrone, and Lucio Battisti to contemporary artists such as Irama and Mahmood. Her debut single "A piedi nudi", co-written with Giovanni Errera and Laura Di Giorgio, was released on November 17, 2023, accompanied by a video directed by Marko Carbone.
