Christian Panico nasce a Roma e cresce in una famiglia appassionata di musica. Il suo quotidiano viene influenzato dai gusti dei genitori, in quanto a casa Panico c'è sempre musica. Il giovane Christian, è uno studente molto eclettico e frequenta le scuole elementari e medie, al PIO IX, dai preti Lasalliani. Viene scelto come componente e voce bianca solista, nel Canticorum Jubilo, coro diretto dal Maestro Lattanzi che gli ha permesso di cantare davanti a Papa Giovanni Paolo II che in quella occasione, lo chiamò a sé, dopo l'esibizione e gli diede un bacio in fronte dicendogli: "Va e canta!", ricordo che ancora oggi, rimane vivo nel cuore del tenore. Negli anni dell'adolescenza, le attività di Christian si dividono tra Musica e Sport. Infatti, in quegli anni, inizia le sue prime registrazioni vocali ed è voce solista di diverse band. Al contempo, mamma Daria, per placare il suo carattere molto vivace, inizia a fargli praticare diverse attività e dopo aver praticato nuoto a livello agonistico e molti altri sport, Christian inizia a praticare Atletica Leggera. Decide però di dedicarsi alla musica e appena maggiorenne, diventa voce e leader della cover band "Black Queen", dedicata alla sua band preferita i Queen, il cui leader Freddie Mercury ha sicuramente influenzato la sua carriera artistica. Iniziano le esibizioni dal vivo. Capisce subito che per "domare" la potente voce, con una estensione vocale di oltre 4 ottave, deve studiare. Partecipa a diversi spettacoli teatrali cantati, tra cui il popolare "Emozioni", musical con le musiche di Lucio Battisti, in cui canta in coppia con Alessandra Drusian, dei Jalisse. Nello stesso periodo, durante la promozione del Musical, conosce Paolo Limiti che lo invita, come cantante protagonista, nel programma televisivo Rai, "Ci vediamo in TV". Christian Panico, non è solo un cantante con doti atletiche (ottiene da giovane molti risultati in diverse discipline), ma anche un attore, infatti tra le altre cose, ha un piccolo ruolo nella fiction "I Cesaroni" e nei film "Trenta righe per un omicidio" con Luca Barbareschi e "Nazareno". Nel 2011 arriva la svolta, grazie ad un casting per una prestigiosa location Russa, frequentata dai più importanti imprenditori e personaggi dello spettacolo, viene scelto e subito inizia la sua carriera di cantante professionista. In pochi anni, a Mosca e in seguito, in tutta la Russia, arriva ad avere una popolarità tale, da vederlo come uno dei pochi artisti ad essersi esibito nel prestigioso Teatro del Cremlino come solista e nelle principali TV Russe. Si esibisce con artisti di fama internazionale come Nikolai Bascov, Emin Agalarov, Timoti e molti altri. Proprio nel periodo "russo", cambia il suo stile canoro, da Pop/Leggero a Pop/Lirico, una scelta che si rivela fondamentale, per il suo percorso artistico. Riceve il Premio alla Cultura "Stella di Rubino", grazie al suo impegno nell'aver fatto conoscere la musica italiana in Russia e in tutto l'Est. Sentendo il bisogno di condividere con gli altri la sua conoscenza in campo canoro inizia l'insegnamento diventando vocal coach di diversi professionisti che vivono in Giappone, Russia e ovviamente in Italia. Grazie anche all'incontro con uno dei suoi artisti preferiti, Andrea Bocelli, con cui si confronta, capisce l'importanza dei social media per un artista e durante il Lockdown dovuto al Covid, decide di tenere compagnia agli italiani e non solo, esibendosi live da casa. Il suo video in cui canta "Hallelujah" di Choen in italiano, diventa virale, totalizzando circa 15 milioni di visualizzazioni su Facebook e 1 milione sul suo canale YouTube. Viene per questo contattato da Tommaso Ricci, il quale gli dedica l'intera puntata del programma Mizar su Rai2, occasione in cui Christian presenta il suo primo inedito "Alle spalle della falsa libertà", brano scritto dal compositore Santi Scarcella. Ma è dal 2020 che insieme al Maestro Andrea Tosi, inizia un nuovo progetto discografico che per la prima volta lo vede anche compositore e paroliere. Il 22 ottobre 2021 ha pubblicato il secondo inedito "La giostra dei ricordi", brano scritto in collaborazione con Andrea Tosi e lo scrittore Sal Di Giorgi. Il 17 dicembre esce "SALVACI" terzo inedito del suo nuovo progetto.
