GiAga, real name Gianluca Longo, is a Catanese urban-latin singer-songwriter born in 1994. Passionate about reggae, reggaeton and dancehall sounds, after his diploma he moved to Milan to study Spanish. However, he realized that cultural immersion required more than just language classes and hanging out with Hispanic friends. Thanks to social media, GiAga met Puerto Rican guys and went to Colombia, living an unforgettable full immersion in Iberian culture. Between the coast, inland and the evocative Medellin, he discovered a world rich in dances, smiles and colors. Back in Italy, he was noticed by Made4Fame Agency for his talent and versatility. He chose the pseudonym GiAga in honor of his aunt Agata, who died prematurely from cancer, combining the initials of the two names. In 2021 he signed his first record deal with Red Owl Records, a sublabel of Visory Records/Thaurus and in synergy with Made4Fame. In May of the same year, he released "Italiano", a Latin-pop song that tells the story of love for one person despite experiences with others. GiAga is a versatile, determined and dreamy artist, a symbol of Italian latin pop.
