Luciano Somma è un poeta e compositore italiano nato a Napoli. Inizia a scrivere testi per canzoni e poesie all'età di 13 anni. Ha pubblicato numerose raccolte poetiche, sia singole che in antologie scolastiche, e ha collaborato con centinaia di periodici. Somma vanta una vasta collezione di premi letterari, tra cui due medaglie d'argento del Presidente della Repubblica. Nel 1987 consegue la laurea H.C. in lettere e filosofia. Attualmente è membro di giurie per concorsi di poesia e narrativa. Iscritto alla SIAE come autore e compositore, ha prodotto circa 2000 canzoni con diversi collaboratori ed interpreti. Oltre alla sua attività musicale, Somma è stato conduttore radiofonico, ospite in programmi televisivi locali e su Rai 2 nella trasmissione "Non è mai troppo tardi" nel 2005. Ha ricoperto il ruolo di direttore artistico per diverse case editrici e discografiche, tra cui Agos di Vignola, Strings Record di Forlì, Italian Way Music di Cusano Milanino, Project Team Antorva, Vivicentro, Lenois, Mondomancini di Ischia, e altre organizzazioni artistiche. Considerato il poeta più presente in internet, Somma vanta decine di titoli accademici. Attualmente collabora con siti web, radio e televisioni online pubblicando poesie e canzoni.
