Gli Overnova sono un band composta da Antonio Esposito (Espy), voce - Luca Sambuco, chitarra, cori - Edoardo della Loggia, chitarra, cori - Stefano Martelli, basso e Alessio Agnellini, batteria, cori. Nati e cresciuti in una realtà provinciale, ognuno dei cinque elementi degli Overnova trova la propria valvola di sfogo nella musica che, da sempre, funge da colonna sonora nelle loro vite. La formazione della band segna un punto di svolta, poiché, con l'obiettivo di trovare una propria identità artistica, i membri confrontano le loro diverse influenze al fine di trovare un suono in grado di accomunare tutti nonostante i gusti di ognuno. Così nasce il genere che tra di loro chiamano "OVERNOVA". La band inizia il suo percorso discografico a marzo 2023 con l'uscita del primo brano inedito, "Bestia", con il quale rappresenta la voglia di mettersi alla prova. A giugno dello stesso anno viene pubblicato "Je so pazzo", cover del celebre brano di Pino Daniele, artista a cui la band è particolarmente legata e che ha deciso di omaggiare con una rivisitazione caratterizzata dalle proprie sonorità e tratti stilistici. Nel maggio del 2024, con Maqueta Records, esce il singolo "Jessica" a cui segue "Per Gridare Mamma".
