Walter Trout è un chitarrista e cantante blues americano di fama internazionale. Nato a New York nel 1951, ha iniziato a suonare la chitarra all'età di sette anni. Dopo aver trascorso gli anni '70 in tour con artisti come John Lee Hooker e Canned Heat, ha lanciato la sua carriera solista negli anni '80. Considerato uno dei migliori chitarristi blues del mondo, Trout è noto per il suo stile aggressivo e virtuosistico, influenzato da Jimi Hendrix e Albert King.
