Walter Trout is an American blues guitarist and singer of international fame. Born in New York in 1951, he started playing guitar at the age of seven. After spending the 1970s touring with artists like John Lee Hooker and Canned Heat, he launched his solo career in the 1980s. Considered one of the best blues guitarists in the world, Trout is known for his aggressive and virtuosic style, influenced by Jimi Hendrix and Albert King. He has released over 20 studio albums, including "Live at the Roxy" (1997) and "We're All In This Together" (2018). Among his most famous songs are "The Blues Is My Business", "I'm So Glad I Found You" and "Ride On The Wind". In 2015, he underwent a liver transplant, which led him to reconsider his life and music. After recovering, he returned to touring with renewed energy and dedication.
