White Lion is an American hard rock band formed in New York City in 1983 by Mike Tramp (vocals) and Vito Bratta (guitar). Their sound, influenced by the glam metal of the 1980s, quickly gained popularity. Among their most famous songs are "When the Children Cry", "Wait" and "Broken Heart".
