Cornershop is a British indie rock band formed in Leicester in 1991 by Tjinder Singh (singer, songwriter, and guitarist), born in Wolverhampton, his brother Avtar Singh (bass guitar and vocals), David Chambers (drums) and Ben Ayres (guitar, keyboards, and tamboura).
