Misery Index è una band statunitense di deathgrind formatasi a Baltimore, Maryland, nel 2001. I fondatori sono Jason Netherton (voce e basso), Mike Harrison (voce e chitarra) e Kevin Talley (batteria). Dal 2006 la formazione attuale comprende Netherton (voce e basso), Sparky Voyles (chitarra), Mark Kloeppel (voce e chitarra) e Adam Jarvis (batteria).
