Di questa terra ingenerosa, della sua bambina sposa che di quegli occhi grandi e brillanti era stata così gelosa
Al funerale del clown siamo davvero in tanti con i vestiti eleganti e l'idiosincrasia per le feste danzanti
Di questa terra soggiogata dal mostro dei sorrisi che sul nascere del nuovo giorno li aveva già tutti recisi, li aveva tutti recisi
Ma tra di noi qualcuno pensava che in fondo non si stava male
Che anche se la vita era uguale a se stessa era uno sbaglio cambiare

Al funerale del clown non abbiamo voluto capire che alle domande senza risposta non ci si deve inchinare
In questa terra opprimente dove non è mai vero niente il mostro dei sorrisi mente il clown se n'è andato per sempre, lui se n'è andato per sempre
