A-ha is a Norwegian pop group formed in Oslo in 1982 by Morten Harket (vocals), Paul Waaktaar-Savoy (guitar) and Magne Furuholmen (keyboards). After starting their career in Norway, the trio moved to London to seek new opportunities. A-ha reached the peak of international success with the single "Take On Me", released in 1985, which became a global phenomenon thanks to its innovative animated music video.
