OSI è un supergruppo sperimentale progressive americano formatosi nel 2003 dal chitarrista dei Fates Warning Jim Matheos. Il nome si riferisce all'Office of Strategic Influence, breve agenzia governativa statunitense istituita poco dopo l'11 settembre per produrre e promuovere propaganda a favore degli Stati Uniti nei media nazionali e internazionali.
