La Crus sono un gruppo musicale italiano rock formatosi nel 1987 da Mauro Ermanno Giovanardi (voce, chitarra) e Cesare Malfatti (basso). Alessandro Cremonesi, autore di molti testi del gruppo, ha contribuito alla formazione a tutti gli effetti ma non ha mai partecipato direttamente alla vita pubblica del gruppo. Il loro sound è caratterizzato da atmosfere dark e introspettive, con influenze post-punk e progressive rock. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "L'amore è un'arma", "La mia generazione" e "Un giorno di sole". L'album di debutto, "La Crus", uscito nel 1989, ha riscosso un discreto successo.
