Inschemical is an Italian alternative rock band formed in November 2012. The project emerged from the experience of Edenforce, a previous progressive metal band active since 2006 with two albums to their credit: *In the emptiness of my dreams* and *Nemesi eterna*. The turning point came in February 2012 when Enea Bruno became the new vocalist for Edenforce. The band began exploring new musical territories, abandoning heavy metal for hard rock, psychedelic and experimental sounds. This led to the birth of the first Inschemical tracks: *Politically correct*, *D'oro benedetto*, *Allegoria di un giorno* and *I*famia*. The name Inschemical comes from the fusion of three words: ischemia (lack of blood), schema (form perceived) and Calabria (region of origin). The group defines itself as "four young people united by a sincere friendship" who "laugh blood at our dreams, according to our schemes, in our land". The themes of their lyrics are predominantly social. Inschemical draws inspiration from great Italian bands such as Timoria, Litfiba, Teatro degli orrori and Linea 77.
