Ivan Segreto è un cantautore e pianista italiano nato a Palermo nel 1975. Il suo album d'esordio, "Porta Vagnu", pubblicato nel 2004, ha riscosso immediato successo di critica e pubblico, ottenendo il riconoscimento di Miglior Debutto dell'anno da Musica e Dischi e una nomination al Premio Tenco per le Opere Prime. Segreto si è affermato anche sul fronte live, condividendo il palco con artisti come Franco Battiato e Wynton Marsalis. Nel 2005 ha pubblicato "Fidate correnti", seguito nel 2007 da "Ampia", che vede la partecipazione di ospiti illustri come Franco Battiato, Paolo Fresu e Giovanni Sollima. Nel 2014 ha rilasciato l'album "Integra", nominato al Premio Tenco come miglior disco dell'anno. Nel corso della sua carriera, Segreto ha composto colonne sonore per film e documentari, tra cui "Shoa e post-memoria" di Gabriele Croppi e "Nel Nome Del Popolo Sovrano" prodotto da RAI Cinema. Ha anche reinterpretato motivi italiani famosi come "Nel Blu Dipinto di Blu" e "Nessun Dorma", offrendo nuove versioni contemporanee. Nel 2021 è uscito "Indie Hub Studio Sessions", una registrazione live con nuovi e vecchi brani in chiave rinnovata.
