The Circle Jerks are an American hardcore punk band formed in late 1970s in Hermosa Beach, Los Angeles. Founded by former Black Flag vocalist Keith Morris, the group quickly gained popularity in the Californian scene and on alternative radio thanks to their nihilistic irony and energetic live performances, often marked by explosive violence.
