Transilvanenhunger
Nagelfar are a German black metal band active since 1993. Founded by Zorn and Rhyktius V. Grhabakk von Meilenwald, the band went through several lineup changes in its early years. After a long search for a lead vocalist, Smaug was chosen, but left the group shortly after Svein von Hackenberg joined on bass in 1995. Jander replaced Smaug in the fall of the same year, while Garvin joined as a session keyboardist. Nagelfar are known for their dark and atmospheric music, influenced by classic European black metal. Some of their most representative tracks include "The Blackest Night", "In the Shadow of the Serpent" and "Blood and Iron".
