Le Rivoltelle are a female rock band from Calabria, Italy, formed in 2005. Their unique style blends Mediterranean rhythms with ska, rock and reggae influences, creating a recognizable and dynamic sound. The four musicians, Elena (vocals, violin, saxophone and guitars), Alessandra (bass, guitars, backing vocals and lead vocals), Paola (drums, percussion and backing vocals) and Angela (guitars and backing vocals), have established themselves as one of the most original and energetic bands on the Italian music scene. After collaborating with Cristiani Music Italy, they have performed at numerous concerts and festivals, including the May 1st concert in Rende (CS) alongside major names in Italian music. In 2010, they made their debut with the single "La Notte", a cover of Salvatore Adamo's hit that received praise from the artist himself. In 2011, they presented the song "Donne Italiane" at the Sanremo Giovani selections, an anthem to all Italian women that achieved great success and led them to appear on television shows like "Buongiorno Regione" and "Insieme". In 2011, they released their self-titled debut album, featuring three original songs and eleven covers reinterpreted in a ska, rock and reggae style. Le Rivoltelle are an energetic and original band that continues to amaze with their music and personality.
