Beabaleari è un duo musicale formatosi nel 2021 dall'incontro artistico della cantautrice Diana Tejera e dell'autrice Beatrice Tomassetti. Il progetto si distingue per l'originalità, il tono ironico e l'approccio immaginifico, affrontando temi esistenziali con un linguaggio semplice e poetico che fonde scienza e filosofia. Le loro canzoni riflettono sul posto dell'uomo nell'universo, cercando di alleviare incertezze e ansie attraverso una ricerca di speranza e introspezione. Il sound di Beabaleari è delicato e ritmato, tipico del dream pop, con una fusione tra cantautorato classico e sonorità elettroniche che evocano spazi lontani. Nel 2022 esce il primo singolo "Dove si nascondono i megalodonti", accompagnato da un video animato di Marta Cavicchioni. Nel 2023 seguono altri due singoli, "Come dorme un pesce" e "Come l'acqua sulla luna", con videoclip diretti da Giacomo Latorrata. Lo stesso anno, il duo vince il Non War Token Contest, ottenendo un'esibizione al MEI di Faenza. Il quarto singolo, "Meglio se Baleari", è scelto per la colonna sonora della serie Rai Scuola di danza. Altri brani del duo sono inclusi nelle colonne sonore di docuserie come Chi vuole parlare d'amore? e Gerri. Beatrice Tomassetti, nata a Roma, si laurea in Scienze Politiche con indirizzo Studi Internazionali all'Università RomaTre. Dopo esperienze lavorative nel teatro e nella produzione cinematografica, si dedica alla scrittura drammaturgica e alla musica. Diana Tejera, cantautrice, polistrumentista e produttrice musicale nata a Roma da padre andaluso, inizia la sua carriera nei Fiori d'Acqua Dolce e poi con il duo Pink! e la band Plastico, vincendo il Festival di San Marino nel 2002. Dopo una carriera solista ricca di collaborazioni (Tiziano Ferro, Paola Turci), si dedica alla scrittura per il cinema e al teatro musicale. Nel 2018 pubblica l'album "Mi fingo distratta" con ED MONDO, duo con la trombettista Ersilia Prosperi.
