Marcello Pieri (Cesena, 1965) is an Italian singer-songwriter known for his folk-rock music and introspective lyrics. He began his musical career in the 1990s, releasing four albums of original songs between 1991 and 1997, one of which includes the hit "Se fai l'amore come cammini". In 1993, he participated in the Sanremo Music Festival with the song "Femmina". Besides his solo career, Pieri is also a successful songwriter, collaborating with artists like Gianna Nannini and Karima. In 1997, he toured Italy with Bob Dylan, after which he decided to take a break from the music industry to focus on his land. Despite this withdrawal, he continued to write songs. In 2018, he returned with the single "Se cerchi un eroe... non sono io", followed by other singles like "Sino a quando non ti rivedrò" (2020) and "In Punta Di Piedi" (2020). In 2021, he celebrated the 30th anniversary of "Se fai l'amore come cammini" with an original video and released the protest song "Riso Scondito". He is currently working on new songs for a future album.
