The Automatic are a British indie rock band formed in Cowbridge, Wales, in 2003. Their sound is characterized by a mix of pop punk, new wave and catchy melodies. The group achieved success with their debut album "The Automatic", released in 2005, which sold over 100,000 copies in the UK.
