Non si vede ma io l’ho sentito,
sottilissimo mi ha toccato,
credevo di poterlo eliminare con tanta facilità,
ma quel filo non mi abbandonava.
E quando usciva dalla bocca una parola per strana fatalità
era un filo in più che si aggiungeva.
E col mio sforzo di agire, capire, io complicavo, intrecciavo le fila,
e piano piano si formava una tela.
Ora è fitta e complicata ma ho capito la struttura, sono certo che l’uscita è qui!
Ma ecco un altro filo proprio lì!

ma stiamo attenti, potrei essere anch’io!

Giorgio Gaber (pseudonym of Giorgio Gaberscik; 1937-2000) was an Italian singer-songwriter, playwright, actor, cabaret artist, guitarist and theatre director, considered one of the most important artists in Italian entertainment and music since the Second World War. His artistic career was marked by a strong social and political commitment, expressed through his songs and theatrical performances. Giorgio Gaber died in Milan in 2000 at the age of 63.
