Estrels è una cantautrice romana di ventidue anni nata a San Paolo, Brasile, a luglio del 2001. Dopo un breve periodo a Rio de Janeiro, si trasferisce a Roma nel 2006. Il nome d'arte deriva dalla traduzione portoghese del suo nome, Stella. Fin da piccola è attratta dalla musica, innamorandosi definitivamente all'età di otto anni ascoltando Evanescence e Skillet.
